If I want a completely new item, weather it is bought locally or imported, do I need to pay in advance?

Yes, you will be required to pay 50% of the total cost upfront to place the order, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery.

Do I need to make use of my courier services if I request an item to be imported?

No, Golf DepotRD manages all logistics from the supplier up to the delivery of your item to wherever you need it delivered.

What happens if I want to cancel the order of a new item after the order has been placed?

GolfDepotRD will confirm with the supplier if the item has been already shipped, once the item has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. If by any chance you do not wish to go through with the purchase, GolfDepotRD will retain the 50% advance payment to counterbalance losses and stock management.

Can I test the items before buying?

No, to to save the integrity of the item, GolfDepotRD does not allow testing of equipment prior to full payment. Golf gear is delicate and users might cause damages or breakage during testing.
